Regular care is required in order to maintain the beauty and finish of your furniture. Please be mindful when you place your furniture. Avoid direct sunlight; keep away from heat, harsh chemicals, sharp objects and pets. Be careful to avoid dragging when moving furniture.
Fabrics require regular vacuuming to remove dust, dirt and any escaped feathers. Ensure that you treat spills and stains immediately. For professional cleaning refer to the fabric manufacturers care instructions.
Leathers require a regular wipe over with a clean damp cloth to remove particles which can work in to the hide and scuff with wear. Creases, stretch marks, scars and insect bites that the animal acquired during its life are natural traits of quality leather. Refer to the particular leather manufacturers care instructions.
Cushions require regular shaping and rotating where possible to maintain their form. It is natural that over time cushion fillings will settle and seat foams will soften. Loose covers are designed for a relaxed look and feel, and therefore it is natural for some movement.
Scatter inserts can be enhanced by laying them out in the sun to air. While special fabrics have been selected to contain feathers, occasionally feathers can pierce through covers. Simply remove them by gently pulling them out.
Spills and stains must be treated immediately. Gently scrape any solid or mop any liquid from the surface of the fabric, leather or timber. Do not scrub. Only apply patented cleaning agents strictly according to fabric or leather care instructions provided by the manufacturer.
